Food Service Training Program

The Food Service Training Program provides employment training for persons entering the food service industry in a variety of jobs. PCCS offers entry level training where trainees can receive ServSafe certificates. The training prepare trainees with the knowledge, skills and abilities to be immediately employable in the food service industry. PCCS utilizes a virtual café named Green Fare Café where training can simulate a real restaurant setting. This program is a training resource to the California Department of Rehabilitation that provides direct realistic expectations of employment to a high percentage of DOR clients trained. PCCS has the ability to offer both group and individual training plans.
